Shipping policy

At MJ's Special Touch, we want to ensure your carefully curated gift boxes arrive safely and on time.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • All shipping charges are paid by the buyer at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

SHIPPING METHODS

  • Standard Ground Shipping (5-7 business days).
  • Priority Shipping (2-3 business days).
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days).

PROCESSING TIME

  • Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. 
  • Custom/Build-Your-Own boxes may require additional processing time.
  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

  • We currently ship within the continental United States only.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

DELIVERY

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

DAMAGED ITEMS

  • Please inspect your package upon arrival.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
  • We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
